Faye and Mark’s beautiful wedding day took place at the Great Barn in Devon, a favourite venue of mine that never ceases to impress me. Faye is a graphic designer, making all the wedding stationery, table decorations and designing the theme of the day. I knew from when my invite arrived that it was going to be a fabulous wedding, she is incredibly talented – and beautiful to boot. The weather held right up until the meal began, during which it poured with rain, but we were treated to a rainbow over the barn. I relished including all the props and detail that Faye had carefully thought out, all the splashes of orange, the balloons and the paper umbrellas. Most of all I loved spending the time with Faye and Mark, they made me feel very much a part of their day. In all my conversations with Faye, on the run up to the wedding, I experienced how warm and kind a person she is and I marvelled at her creativity. A truly gorgeous couple, very much in love.
