It’s been an amazing year for weddings and in particular weekday weddings. I know I have mentioned before how much I love these little celebrations as they have a slightly more intimate feel to them. When I first started doing small weddings I found it a bit harder to be unobtrusive, as there are so few people to lose yourself amongst but now I love it and have found it better to just be a little more involved and chatty :) (more…)

I’ve had quite a lot of couples book a pre-wedding portrait for 2012. They are a great way for my couples to get a feel for being photographed before their wedding day and they really help me to see what kind of approach suits their personalities. Some couples are instantly at ease with the camera whereas others might be a little more shy and need a bit of coaxing. (more…)
